Sr. Director – Enterprise Sales and Consulting
Lenora Allen, as the Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales and Consulting, leads the USAN Enterprise Sales and Consulting efforts. In this role, Ms. Allen leads the effort in working with prospective and existing customers to recommend and design cloud-based, Omni-channel solutions that meet complex business needs.
Ms. Allen has over 20 years of experience in contact center and other technology industries. She specializes in business process/contact center consultation, which leads to enhancements in operational efficiencies, new customer communications strategies and new revenue streams. She has provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies worldwide and is a seasoned consultant with a proven record of managing difficult projects in a broad range of industries including finance, insurance, auto, utility, government, mortgage, and energy. Her breadth of experience in a variety of industries has enabled Ms. Allen to help customers gain efficiencies through solid and successful utilization of information technology, which is linked to business success and profitability.
Director – North America – Property/Casualty Insurance Practice
Donald Light is a Director in Celent’s North America Property/Casualty Insurance Practice. His coverage areas include: technology and business strategy; transformative technologies such as digital, the Internet of Things, and driverless cars; core systems; and insurance technology M&A due diligence.
His recent consulting work includes: developing a strategic IT plan for a specialty insurer, core system vendor selection support; a build vs. buy analysis for core systems; and several due diligence assignments.
Light is widely quoted in the press and media, including The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, Forbes, NBC and CBS Evening News, CNBC, and National Public Radio (NPR). He is a frequent presenter at industry conferences including those sponsored by ACORD, PCI, and IASA.
Prior to joining Celent, Light was an insurance subject matter expert with Sapient and for his own firm Donald Light Consulting, where he advised senior managers at major insurers and other financial institutions. He has also held a senior research position in Allstate’s Research and Planning Center.
